
This Service Agreement sets the terms and conditions relating
to your use of Online Computer Training courses as provided
by Train U Direct.
Before ordering a course all clients must acknowledge that
you have read understood and agree to be bound by all the terms
and conditions laid out in this agreement.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer
1. Services
We provide online computer training courses which can only
be accessed once payment has been received using a pin code
which will be e-mailed to you.
Once we receive your order you will receive a confirmation
e-mail with the order details on it.
2. Delivery
There are no delivery charges as all media is delivered electronically.
(Train U Direct will not take responsibility for any call
charges acquired whilst downloading and using the packages.).
Upon receiving payment a pin code and instructions will be
delivered to your e-mailed address.
Expect delivery of your order within 3 - 5 working days.
3. Prices
All prices include Tax and Vat.
4. Data Ownership
You agree and accept that we own the following:
All information generated throughout the Train U Direct
database systems regarding the ordering process.
We do not have any ownership interest in your personal information
outside of your right in our customer database.
5. Warranties
You justify that all information that you provided to your
Training Course order is accurate and complete.
6. Cancellation Rights
Upon payment receipt of order, no order can then be cancelled,
but a refund may be given please see 'Refund Policy' below.
7. Refund Policy
A refund application can be made to the company.
If the goods are faulty a full refund will be given so long
as the goods have been rejected within 7 days.
Otherwise ;
Customers who would like to make a claim for refunding are
asked that this be put into writing giving full reason and
detail as to the refund request, this request must also be
made within 7 calendar days of the purchase.
A refund will be only given with the full authority of the
Directors.
The amount of refund would be 70% of the original purchase
price, the 30% being that to cover admin, any other type of
refund would be at the discretion of the directors.Should any
dispute arise from the above statement it will be referred
to courts of England and Wales for their jurisdiction.
8. Complaints If for any reason you have a complaint please send it to us
using our Contact Us form.
We endeavour to respond to all complaints within five working
days.
9. Security
We use Protx secure servers for all transactions in which
any communication between yourself and Protx are encrypted
using TSL or 128 Bit SSL(Secure Socket Layer).
